研究了不同滑石粉/炭黑并用量对NBR橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:滑石粉能够改善胶料的加工工艺性能;通过在NBR中并用滑石粉能够提高硫化胶的耐热性能和耐非极性油的性能;随着滑石粉并用份数的增加,胶料弹性模量E’降低,Payne效应减小,损耗因子降低。 |

the study of the influence of NBR properties filled with different phr talc and carbon black. And the results showed that the processing property was improved by talc; The heat-resistant and nonpolar oil-resistant quality of NBR were improved by increase the talc;The modulus of elasticity and loss factor of vulcanizate were increasd with the talc was decreased and the samples were at the same temperature and strain condition. |
