本文系统地研究了环保增塑剂TP-95、TP-90B、BXA-R、TOTM和DOTP对丁腈橡胶硫化特性、低温、老化及耐油等性能的影响,并与常用的增塑剂DBP进行了对比。结果显示:与DBP相比,添加TP-95与TP-90B的混炼胶的门尼粘度低,增塑效果最佳,耐低温性能优良;添加TOTM的NBR硫化胶的耐高温性能较好,热稳定性最高,并且热空气老化后的物理机械性能变化率最小,压缩永久变形小;而BXA-R既能保证良好的耐热性能,又具有较好的耐低温性能,并且与NBR的相容性较好。 |

The effects of environment-friendly plasticizer TP-95, TP-90B, BXA-R, TOTM and DOTP on the properties of NBR were investigated. The results showed that, compared with plasticizer of DBP, TP-95 and TP-90B showed lower Mooney viscosity, better plasticization of NBR compound and better low temperature resistance. TOTM exhibited excellent heat resistance, the rate of change of mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizates was smaller, and the permanent compression set value was smaller. And BXA-R has best comprehensive properties, including heat resistance, low temperature resistance and oil resistance. |
