| 摘要:本文采用机械混合法在SSBR/NR胎面胶中加入碳纳米材料石墨烯,研究了石墨烯对胎面胶门尼黏度、流变性能及导电性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着石墨烯用量的增加SSBR/NR混炼胶的硫化效率提高,体系中的填料网格结构增多,而且石墨烯的加入对SSBR/NR硫化胶的力学性能产生了一定的影响;通过DMA测试可知石墨烯的加入降低了滚动阻力;同时石墨烯的高导电性又赋予了SSBR/NR胎面胶抗静电特性的新性能。 |

| Abstract:The carbon nano material graphene is added in the SSBR/NR tread compound represented by mechanical mixing method, and the Mooney viscosity, rheology and the electrical conductivity are investigated in the paper. The results show that the vulcanized efficiency of SSBR/NR and the grid structures are increased with increasing the volume fraction of graphene. The volume fraction of graphene has a certain effect on the mechanical properties of SSBR/NR. The DMA test show that the rolling resistance is decreased ,and the compound show the good electrical conductivity . |
