采用微波消解系统,加入H2SO4和HF消解天然胶乳样品,通过镁试剂的显色反应,判断天然胶乳中是否加入滑石粉。结果表明:?最优的消解条件为:加入3.5mLH2SO4和1.0mLHF,3min内升温至200℃,并保持30min;?消解温度和时间的变化对测定结果的影响较大,消解试剂用量变化的影响较小;该方法的检出限为3%。 |

Natural rubber sample were melted with H2SO4 and HF by microwave counteract system, and then determined whether the talc is added by magnesium reagent color reaction. The results show: the suitable digestion condition is 3.5mL H2SO4 and 1.0mL HF as digestion reagent, rising the temperature to 200℃ within 3 min and keeping the temperature for 30 min; the changing of digestion temperature and time have significant effect to test result, and the digestion reagent has an inconspicuous effect;The detecting limit is 3% . |
