      研究了硅强粉对炭黑填充NR胶料生热与导热性能的影响。结果表明,当以每2份硅强粉部分替代1份N234炭黑时,可以使硫化胶的硬度基本保持不变,显示出硅强粉具有一定的补强作用,当其用量为20份以内时硫化胶可以保持良好的物理机械性能。随着硅强粉/炭黑并用比增加,硫化胶的损耗模量和损耗因子降低,滞后损失减少,导热系数增大。硅强粉降低了胶料的动态生热,提高了导热性,由此使得硫化胶压缩屈挠的中心温升、底部温升以及中心与底部温升的差值降低。
英文摘要:
      This paper is focus on the effect of Sericite which is replaced carbon black partly on the heat generate and conduct of vulcanized rubber . The results show that the ShoreSAShardness remained the same when one dosage sericites replaced two dosage carbon black . the composites could keep good physicalSandSmechanicalSproperties when the dosage of sericites was less than 20phr. With the ratio of sericites added the tanδ、G''of vulcanized rubber has declined and temperature rise in center of rubber block decreased. The temperature decrease value of center and bottom of vulcanized rubber also reduced.
