      利用有限元分析软件POLYFLOW,对层叠式取向机头进行有限元分析。通过仿真分析,明确了流道构型对胶料在流道内流动的影响,从而了解层叠式取向机头对短纤维增强复合材料质量的影响。并且通过实验验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。
英文摘要:
      s: Cascading head orientation was analyzed using finite element analysis software (Polyflow). The effect of flowability configuration on the flowability of rubber materials in the flowability was determined by simulation analysis. Furthermore, the effect of cascading head orientation on quality of short fiber reinforced composite was studied, and the accuracy of results of finite element analysis was verified by experiments.
