      本文研究了橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM)在轮胎气密层胶中的应用。实验结果表明,在气密层胶中添加一定量的橡胶型氯化聚乙烯可替代部分溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR),甚至可与溴化丁基橡胶、天然橡胶(NR)进行并用,可改善胶料的各项性能,保证轮胎气密层优异的透气性,同时降低成本。
英文摘要:
      The application of chlorinated-polyethylene rubber in inner liner of tire was studied. The results showed that, a certain amout of chlorinated-polyethylene rubber, which was capable of subtituting a part of BIIR, and used with BIIR and NR, was added into tire inner liner. Various performances of inner liner could be improved and permeability of inner liner could be guaranteed,with the cost being reduced.
