短纤维取向的准确表征是研究短纤维取向的方法、实验设备及推广应用的基础。目前对其表征方法主要有数值参数法、直接测试法和间接测试法。本文在简单总结传统三种表征方法与表征机理基础上,重点探究了工业CT 应用于短纤维取向表征的方法与机理,实现了对短纤维的三维重构,并用实验的方法对其进行了验证。 |

Accurate Characterization of short fiber orientation is the basis for the method, laboratory equipment and promote the use of Short fiber orientation.Currently its Characterization of methods are numerical parameters, direct and indirect test test.In this paper, on the basis of a brief summary of the traditional three kinds of characterization methods and characterization of the mechanism,Focus on exploring methods and mechanisms of industrial CT in Characterization of of short fiber orientation,achieving a three-dimensional reconstruction of the staple, and verifying it experimentally . |
