研究了环氧大豆油(ESO)改性白炭黑对NR胶料性能的影响。结果表明, ESO成功接枝到了白炭黑上;ESO改性白炭黑可以降低NR混炼胶的门尼粘度, 减弱混炼胶的Payne效应, 改善混炼胶的加工性能;扫描电镜显示其与NR胶基体之间结合紧密,提高硫化胶的拉伸强度;动态粘弹性能分析表明,ESO改性白炭黑可降低60℃下大应变NR硫化胶的滞后损失;动态热力学分析表明,ESO改性白炭黑可以提高NR硫化胶在0℃左右的损耗因子,从而提高胶料的抗湿滑性能。 |

The influence of modification of silica with plasticizer ESO on the properties of solution NR was investigated .The results showed that ESO had successfully grafted onto the silica, and modification of silica with plasticizer ESO could decrease Mooney viscosity and Payne effect of NR compound , and improve its processing properties ;SEM showed the modified silica and NR matrix combined closely ;Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate was decreased and tensile strength increased .RPA analysis indicated that modification of silica with plasticizer ESO could decrease tanδ of NR compound at the condition of 60 ℃ and large strains .DTMA results showed that modification of silica with plasticizer ESO could increase tanδ of NR vulcanizate at 0 ℃, and thus increase the wet skid resistance of the composites . |
