研究连续法热解炭黑的性能及其在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中的应用。结果表明:热解炭黑是多种填料的混合物,为半补强炭黑,表面活性较低;与炭黑N660填充SBR混炼胶相比,热解炭黑填充SBR混炼胶的门尼粘度增大,焦烧时间缩短,硫化速率略有提高,交联密度有所下降;与炭黑N660填充SBR硫化胶相比,热解炭黑填充SBR硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,硬度变化不大,定伸应力减小,动态生热性能和耐磨性能略有下降。 |

The performance of pyrolytic carbon black prepared by continuous method and its application in styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) were studied.The results showed that the pyrolytic carbon black was a mixture of various fillers,and a semi reinforcing carbon black with low surface activity.The Mooney viscosity of the pyrolytic carbon black filled SBR compound was increased,the scorch time was shorter,the vulcanization rate was increased slightly,and the crosslinking density was decreased compared to those of the N660 carbon black filled SBR compound.Compared to the N660 carbon black filled SBR vulcanizate,the properties of the pyrolytic carbon black filled SBR vulcanizate were changed as follow,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength were increased,the hardness was essentially unchanged,the modulus was decreased,the dynamic temperature rise and abrasion resistance were decreased slightly. |
