采用反射式-傅里叶转换红外光谱特征峰对轮胎胶料老化进行定量研究。结果表明,能谱检测老化度精确度达10%以上,物理性能检测综合老化度精确度达4%以上,连续老化过程中胶料特征峰峰位变化具有连续性,验证了特征峰定量研究的可靠性。该方法测量精确度基本满足工程实际需求。 |

The tire compound aging was quantitative investigated based on characteristic peaks detected by ATR-FTIR.The results showed that the accuracy of energy spectrum test was more than 10%,and the accuracy of physical properties aging test achieved 4%.The change of the peak value of the compound in the continuous aging process was continuous,which veritied the reliability of the method.The measurement accuracy of the method basically meet the demand of practical engineering. |
