本研究采用了新型裤型撕裂样品,开展了白炭黑和短纤维增强的天然橡胶复合材料在不同撕裂速度下的撕裂性能研究。结果表明:撕裂速度对于天然胶复合材料的撕裂强度有较大的影响,在低撕裂速度下复合材料有较高的撕裂强度,反之撕裂强度降低。同时撕裂路径在不同撕裂速度下呈现出不同的特点:在白炭黑增强的天然橡胶中,撕裂路径在中低速撕裂速度下呈现典型的“吸附-滑移”的特点,在高速撕裂速度下呈现“锯齿状”撕裂。在短纤维和白炭黑并用增强的天然橡胶中,在中低速的撕裂速度下撕裂路径明显向腿部偏移,需要消耗更多的能量。在高撕裂速度下也出现了波动较小的“锯齿状”撕裂,其撕裂路径和强度更为稳定。 |

The tearing properties of short fiber/ silica/ natural rubber composites subjected to different tearing speeds were investigated. The results showed that the tearing speed had an important effect on the tearing strength. The tearing strength of the composites subjected to low tearing speed was much higher than that subjected to high tearing speed. Meanwhile, tearing region of the samples showed different features at different tearing speeds. As for silica-reinforced NR composite, tearing region showed typical “stick-slip” tear at medium-low speed, and “sawtooth” tearing at high speed. As for NR reinforced with short fiber and silica, tearing path apparently turned to “leg” of the sample at medium-low speed, and more tear energy consumed. At high tearing speed, tearing region also showed “sawtooth” tear. The tear path and strength were more stable than that at low tear speed. |
