借助正交设计方法确定了数值实验方案,并利用ABAQUS软件建立了11.00R20载重子午线轮胎的有限元模型,讨论了带束层角度和模量对胎面磨耗性能的影响。结果表明:随着带束层角度的增大,带束层受力和子午线轮胎的箍紧系数均会下降,垂直负荷下的下沉量变大,轮胎径向刚度降低;胎面接地区压力分布均匀化程度提高,相同行驶里程下的胎面磨耗量下降。另外,带束层的模量对胎面磨耗性能的影响比较小。 |

The numerical experiment schemes were determined by the orthogonal design method, and the finite element model of 11.00R20 truck radial tire was established using the ABAQUS package. The influences of the cord angle and modulus of belts on tread wear were discussed. Results show that with the increase of belt angle, the rebar forces of belts and stirrup coefficient of radial tire both decreased, the deflection of tire under vertical load increased, and the radial stiffness reduced. Uniform distribution of contact pressure in tread improved, and the wear rate in the same mileages reduced. Moreover, the modulus of belts had slight effect on tread wear. |
