环境温度对轮胎胎面材料力学性能有重要影响,它直接影响接地性能。为获取不同温度下胎面橡胶材料的压缩力学性能,进行了准静态单轴压缩实验。基于此,获取不同温度、不同速度下的应力-应变关系,揭示温度及应变率对其压缩力学性能的影响规律。采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型来表征胎面橡胶压缩荷载下的力学行为。结果表明,在低应变率时应变率的影响不明显;在20-90℃温度范围内,随着温度的升高,橡胶压缩模量减小。Mooney-Rivlin本构模型拟合与实验结果相符,它为不同温度下胎面橡胶压缩性能分析奠定理论基础。 |

The environment temperature affects greatly the mechanical properties of tread material, which directly affect the grounding performance of tire. To obtain the compression mechanical property of tread material under different temperatures, quasi-static compression experiments were performed .Based on this, the stress-strain relationship under different temperature and strain rate were experimentally obtained, which can be used to reveal the effect of strain rate and temperature on the compression mechanical properties of tread. Mooney-Rivlin model were used to describe the mechanical behavior of tread under uniaxial compression loading. The results suggested that strain rate effect of tread was not obvious at lower strain rate and the rubber compression modulus decreased with the increase of temperature in the temperature range of 20-90℃.The fitting of Mooney - Rivlin constitutive model were very consistent with the experimental results ,which lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of compression mechanical properties of tread under different temperature. |
