通过压缩疲劳、拉伸疲劳老化实验研究丁腈橡胶性能在疲劳老化过程的性能变化,结果表明:丁腈橡胶硫化胶经过不同压缩疲劳老化时间后,其硬度值、疲劳温升和永久形变率均在疲劳前期迅速增大,后期增大速率变缓;随着拉伸疲劳次数的增加,硫化胶的总交联密度降低,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率先增加后降低;随着拉伸疲劳次数的增加,σ10/σ0、σ2/σ0的变化规律相似,均呈现为先降低后增高最后趋于恒定的趋势。 |

This paper studied the changes of propertites of Nitrile rubber when compressed and tensiled.It showed that with the increasing of the compression fatigue time, the hardness value, thermogenesis as well as permanent deformation increased but slowly; The aging behavior under tensile stress was tested by tensile fatigue experiment. Both the tensile strength and elongation at break of NBR vulcanizates presents a first increases and then decreased trend as the fatigue number. The total crosslinking density decreased gradually while the stress relaxation coefficient of σ10/σ0 and σ10/σ2 increased at first and then tended to a constant as the fatigue number increased. |
