研究星形溶聚丁苯橡胶(S-SSBR)与异戊橡胶(IR)不同并用比下生胶及其炭黑混炼胶的非牛顿特性和流变特性。结果表明:S-SSBR生胶及其炭黑混炼胶在高剪切作用下容易发生大分子链断裂,从而使其牛顿性增强,非牛顿指数增大;S-SSBR/IR并用胶表现出剪切变稀的非牛顿行为;IR的加入能够改善S-SSBR的松弛,提高其流变性能。 |

The rheological properties of raw rubber and carbon black filled compound of S-SSBR/IR blends were investigated. The results showed that the maromolecuar chain scission of the raw rubber and carbon black filled compound of S-SSBR could be found at the high shear stress,which provided the S-SSBR a higher Newtonain behavior and rheological index. The behavior of shearing thinning could be found in the S-SSBR/IR blends,which showed a non-Newtonian behavior. IR could improve the relaxation and rheological properties of S-SSBR. |
