| The causes of failure of the door seal for DC600V power supply device in train were analyzed，and then the seal was optimized by modification of the physical structure and improvement of the physical properties，such as increase of the density of seal and design of hollow structure.The results showed that the failure of seal was avoided after optimization，the quality of the product was improved，and the after-sales service cost was decreased. |
