利用基于实验室现有小型同步转子密炼机的试验平台,在冷却水温度、压砣压力、转子转速一致的条件下,改变填充因数,对5对不同构型转子进行试验研究。结果表明,混炼过程存在最佳填充因数。通过对比试验结果,得到全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶最佳填充因数为0.60~0.65。 |

By using a small lab mixer with synchronous rotor,under the same condition of cooling water temperature,ram pressure and rotor speed,five different configurations of the rotor were experimentally studied with varied filling factors.The results showed that there was an optimal filling factor in the mixing process.Based on the experimental results,the optimal filling factor of the tread compound for all steel radial tire was 0.60~0.65. |
