采用转矩流变仪对废旧丁基橡胶(IIR)进行脱硫再生,考察脱硫温度以及助剂品种和用量对废旧IIR脱硫产物脱硫程度的影响。结果表明:在200~320 ℃范围内,温度越高,脱硫产物的脱硫程度越高;引发剂BPO,DCP和AIBN不能提高脱硫产物的脱硫程度;在200 ℃脱硫温度下,配方为废旧IIR 100,松香 3,松焦油 10,活化剂420 0.8时,脱硫产物的脱硫程度较高。 |

The desulfurization of waste IIR was conducted in torque rheometer,and the effects of processing temperature,the types and addition level of the additives on the desulfurization degree of reclaimed IIR were investigated.The results showed that,the desulfurization degree increased with the increase of processing temperature at 200~320 ℃.Use of additive BPO,DCP and AIBN could not improve the desulfurization degree.When the processing temperature was 200 ℃,the optimized desulfurization formulation was as follows:waste IIR 100,rosin 3,pine tar 10,activating agent 420 0.8. |
