探讨三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)与丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)的相容性,并考察相容剂EPDM接枝马来酸酐(EPDM-g-MAH)对EPDM/ACM共混物性能的影响。结果表明,EPDM/ACM共混体系不是热力学相容体系,傅里叶转换红外光谱和差示扫描量热分析显示EPDM-g-MAH可以提高EPDM与ACM的相容性,EPDM-g-MAH用量为10份时EPDM/ACM共混物综合物理性能较好。 |

EPDM and ACM were not thermodynamically compatible system. In this paper, the influence of compatibilizer EPDM-g-MAH on the properties of EPDM/ACM blends was investigated. The FTIR and DSC analysis results indicated that the addition of EPDM-g-MAH could increase the compatibility between EPDM and ACM in the blends. When the addition level of EPDM-g-MAH was 10 phr,the EPDM/ACM blend possessed optimum comprehensive physical properties. |
