      研究并用比对天然橡胶(NR)/溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)并用胶硫化特性、物理性能、耐热空气老化和耐臭氧老化性能及不同温度下损耗因子(tanδ)的影响。结果表明:NR并用BIIR后,胶料的硫化速度加快;随着BIIR用量的增大,NR/BIIR并用胶的物理性能下降,耐热空气老化和耐臭氧老化性能提高;并用一定量BIIR能明显改善NR的耐屈挠性能;随着BIIR用量的增大,NR/BIIR并用胶的tanδ增大,其在较宽的温度范围内具有较大的损耗和较好的减震性能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of blending ratio on the curing behavior,physical properties,hot air aging resistance,ozone aging resistance and change of loss factor(tanδ) at different temperature of NR/BIIR blend was investigated.The results showed that,the curing speed of NR compound increased after blending with BIIR.As the content of BIIR increased,the physical properties of NR/BIIR blends reduced,and the hot air aging resistance and ozone aging resistance improved.The flexing resistance of NR was significantly improved after blending with a certain content of BIIR.As the content of BIIR increased,the tanδof NR/BIIR blend increased,and NR/BIIR blend possessed greater loss and better damping characteristics in a wide temperature range.
