      用Van der Waals本构方程模拟橡胶材料的力学性能,在准确拟合橡胶衬套刚度特性的基础上,对其垂向跳动和侧向转弯载荷工况下的疲劳寿命进行分析计算。根据橡胶衬套的最大主拉伸应变和应变能密度参数,结合橡胶试样的应变能密度-寿命曲线,可对扭转梁式后轴橡胶衬套的耐久性进行有效地预测。
英文摘要:
      The mechanical property of rubber material was simulated by using Van der Waals equation,and the fatigue life of rubber bush was calculated under vertical jitter conditions and lateral turn with loading based on the accurate fitting of the stiffness.The durability of the rubber bush for the rear axle of torsion beam was effectively assessed by using the maximum principal tensile strain,strain energy density,and the relationship curve of the strain energy density and service life of rubber specimen.
