以α-甲基苯乙烯(α-MSt)与丙烯腈(AN)为共聚单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,采用乳液聚合工艺制备α-MSt与AN共聚物(MStAN)纳米微球,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:MStAN纳米微球在二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)中的分散性较好,其表面含有一定量的悬挂双键,可参与硫化过程中的交联反应。随着交联剂DVB含量的增大,微球表面双键含量先增大后减小;随着引发剂过硫酸铵含量的增大,微球表面双键含量减小。与EPM胶料相比,MStAN/EPM复合材料的物理性能显著提高。MStAN纳米微球表面双键含量越大,其对橡胶的补强效果越好。 |

The α-methyl styrene and acrylonitrile copolymer nanospheres(MStAN) were prepared by emulsion polymerization of α-methyl styrene(α-MSt) and acrylonitrile(AN),and using divinyl benzene(DVB) as crosslinking agent.The properties of the MStAN nanospheres were then investigated.The dispersion of MStAN nanospheres in EPM was good,and the pendant vinyl groups on the surface of nanospheres could participate in the crosslinking reaction in the vulcanization process.As the content of crosslinking agent DVB increased,the surface vinyl groups content of nanospheres increased at first and then decreased.As the content of initiator APS increased,the surface vinyl group content of nanospheres decreased.Compared with those of EPM vulcanizates,the physical properties of MStAN/EPM composites were significantly improved.When the content of surface vinyl groups was higher,the reinforcing effect of MStAN nanospheres on the rubber was better. |
