介绍一种高性能吸水膨胀橡胶的制备新方法:在丙烯酸钠接枝天然胶乳制备吸水膨胀橡胶过程中,加入纳米晶纤维素(NCC)和纳米硅溶胶(NSS)以同时提高吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水性能和物理性能。结果表明,当丙烯酸钠单体用量为60份、NCC用量为0.75份、NSS用量为3份时,吸水膨胀橡胶的综合性能最好,吸水率达10.013,吸水平衡时间为11 h,二次吸水比率为97.3%,拉伸强度为12.25 MPa。 |

A new approach to prepare high performance water-swelling rubber was introduced.The water absorption property and physical properties of water-swelling rubber were improved by adding nano-crystalline cellulose(NCC) and nano-silica sol(NSS) in the preparation of water-swelling rubber with sodium acrylate grafted natural rubber latex.The results showed that the comprehensive properties of water-swelling rubber were better when 60 phr sodium acrylate,0.75 phr NCC and 3 phr NSS were used,and the degree of swelling was 10.013,equilibrium swelling time was 11 h,water absorption ratio for the second time reached 97.3%,and tensile strength was 12.25 MPa. |
