| 系统介绍试验测试法、工程计算法和数值模拟法3种密封圈径向力分析方法。根据工程计算法推导O形橡胶密封圈径向力计算公式，明确给出旋转油封的径向力计算公式和各参数含义，并采用3种方法对典型O形橡胶密封圈和旋转油封径向力进行测试和分析。工程计算和数值模拟结果与试验结果一致性较好，误差小于5%。 |

| Three analysis methods of radial force were systemically introduced，including the testing method，engineering computational method and numerical simulation method.The radial force computation formulations of O-ring and rotary oil seal were deducted according to engineering computational method，and the meaning of different parameters was clearly defined.The radial forces of O-ring and rotary oil seal were tested and analyzed，and the results of engineering computation and numerical simulation were consistent with testing results，having less than 5% error. |
