采用组合聚醚多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和1,4-丁二醇制备聚氨酯微孔弹性体(MPUE),并对其动静刚度比进行研究。结果表明:在硬段中加入PAPI可有效降低MPUE的动静刚度比;异氰酸根指数和硬段含量适中时,可制备出动静刚度比较小的MPUE。 |

A microcellular polyurethane elastomer(MPUE) was prepared by using premixed polyether polyol,diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate,polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate(PAPI)and 1,4-butanediol,and its spring ratio was investigated.The results showed that,by using PAPI in hard segment,the spring ratio of MPUE was decreased significantly.When the isocyanate index and mass fraction of hard segment were proper,MPUE with low spring ratio was prepared. |
