      采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对二硫化钼进行改性,通过乳液法和熔体法制备改性二硫化钼/丁腈橡胶(NBR)复合材料,并对其物理性能和耐磨性能进行研究。结果表明:改性二硫化钼/NBR复合材料的物理性能和耐磨性能好于未改性二硫化钼/NBR复合材料;与熔体法相比,乳液法制备的改性二硫化钼/NBR复合材料的物理性能和耐磨性能更好。
英文摘要:
      Using cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide modified molybdenum disulfide,the modified molybdenum disulfide/NBR composites were prepared by emulsion and melt methods,and the physical properties and wear resistance of composites were investigated.The results showed that,the physical properties and wear resistance of modified molybdenum disulfide/NBR composites were better than those of unmodified molybdenum disulfide/NBR composites;the physical properties and wear resistance of modified molybdenum disulfide/NBR composites prepared by emulsion method were better than those prepared by melt method.
