通过控制化学反应迁移和硫黄浓度扩散在橡胶基体中形成硫黄分布梯度,制备宽温域阻尼聚合物梯度材料。试验结果表明:所制备的SBR梯度材料玻璃化温度(Tg)转变范围在100 ℃以上,半峰宽为69.44 ℃;NBR梯度材料的Tg转变范围在120 ℃以上,半峰宽为59.4 ℃。 |

By controlling the migration of chemical reaction and diffusion of sulfur concentration in the rubber matrix to form sulfur distribution gradient,gradient polymer with wide damping temperature range was prepared.The results showed that,the glass transition range of SBR gradient polymer was over 100 ℃,and the peak width at half height was 69.44 ℃;the glass transition range of NBR gradient polymer was over 120 ℃,and the half width was 59.4 ℃. |
