研究三氧化二铁、二氧化钛及氧化锌对氢氧化镁阻燃EPDM体系性能的影响。结果表明:氧指数随金属氧化物用量的增大先增大后减小,在三氧化二铁或氧化锌用量为1份、二氧化钛用量为1.5份时分别达到最大值。随着氧化锌用量的增大,烟密度减小,而随着三氧化二铁或二氧化钛用量的增大,烟密度逐渐增大。高温箱式电阻炉燃烧试验结果表明,3种金属氧化物均可以略微增大胶料的残重率,其中三氧化二铁胶料的残重率最大,氧化锌胶料的残重率最小。拉伸强度及压缩永久变形都随着金属氧化物用量的增大而减小。 |

The influence of ferric oxide,titanium oxide and zinc oxide on the properties of magnesium hydroxide filled flame retardant EPDM was investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of metal oxides increased,the limiting oxygen index(LOI) first increased and then decreased,and the maximum LOI was obtained by using 1 phr ferric oxide or zinc oxide,or 1.5 phr titanium oxide.As the addition level of zinc oxide increased,the smoke density increased,but as the addition level of ferric oxide and titanium oxide increased,the smoke density increased gradually.The results of high tem-perature resistance experiment showed that,the residual weight of EPDM could be improved by adding metal oxides;the ferric oxide filled compound had more residual and the zinc oxide filled compound had less.As the addition level of metal oxides increased,the tensile strength and compression set decreased. |
