      研究偶联剂种类和用量以及盐雾试验对镀银铝粉填充型电磁屏蔽硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:加入偶联剂KH-550和NDZ-105,电磁屏蔽硅橡胶的体积电阻率(ρρ v )增大,物理性能变差,耐盐雾性能无明显改善。加入偶联剂VTPS的硅橡胶的屏蔽效能和耐盐雾性能较好,当偶联剂用量为3份时,ρ v 达到5.7×10-3Ω·cm,在30 MHz~10 GHz频率范围内,屏蔽值(SE)大于78 dB,在1 GHz处有最大SE,为129.4 dB;盐雾试验后的ρρ v 为6.7×10-3Ω·cm,在30 MHz~10 GHz频率范围内,SE大于76 dB,在1 GHz处有最大SE,为128.6 dB。
英文摘要:
      The effects of the types and addition level of coupling agents,and salt brume test on the properties of electromagnetic shielding silicone rubber filled with silver-coated aluminum powder were investigated.The results showed that,the volume resistivity of silicone rubber modified by coupling agent KH-550 and NDZ-105 was increased,the physical properties was deteriorated,and the salt brume resistance was not improved obviously.The shielding effectiveness(SE) and salt brume resistance of silicone rubber modified by coupling agent VTPS were better.With 3 phr VTPS,the volume resistivity reached 5.7×10-3 Ω·cm,the SE was greater than 78 dB at the frequency from 30 MHz to 10 GHz,and the maximum of SE was 129.4 dB at 1 GHz.After salt brume test,the volume resistivity was 6.7×10-3 Ω·cm,the SE was still greater than 76 dB and reached the maximum of 128.6 dB at 1 GHz.
