对钼系高1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(1,2-PBR)的动态力学性能进行研究,并与BR和SBR进行对比。频率、温度和应变扫描结果表明:1,2-PBR硫化胶的剪切储能模量相对较小且随频率的增大增幅较小,证明其具有较稳定的填料网络结构,有助于在不断变化的使用环境中保持性能的稳定;1,2-PBR硫化胶损耗因子较小,有助于获得低滚动阻力、低生热和优良的高速操纵性。 |

The dynamic mechanical property of molybdenum-catalyzed high 1,2-polybutadiene rubber(1,2-PBR) was investigated,and compared with that of BR and SBR.The results obtained from frequency,temperature and strain scanning tests showed that,G′of 1,2 PBR vulcanizate was lower and the G′ changed little with frequency because of the stable structure of filler network in 1,2 PBR vulcanizate which helped to achieve stable performance in variable application environments;and tanδ of 1,2 PBR vulcanizate was lower,which contributed to lower rolling resistance,lower heat build-up,and better high-speed performance. |
