      研究二烯丙基二硫化物(DADS)对NR硫化胶粉的再生效果,主要探讨再生工艺和DADS用量对NR硫化胶粉再生效果的影响,并利用傅里叶转换红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜初步探讨DADS对NR硫化胶粉的再生机理。结果表明:在浸润温度为60 ℃、浸润时间为1 d、剪切时间为5 min的工艺条件下,DADS用量为6~10份时对NR硫化胶粉的再生效果较好;DADS可以催化断裂NR硫化胶的交联键,也可能使其大分子主链断裂,从而使其交联密度降低,DADS甚至可以溶解NR硫化胶片;在剪切力的协助下,DADS的S—S键以及NR硫化胶的多硫键可以裂解为含硫自由基,通过两种自由基的结合可以达到降低NR硫化胶交联密度的目的。

      The regeneration of vulcanized NR powder by diallyl disulfide(DADS) was investigated,and the influence of DADS addition level and regenerative process on regenerative effect was studied.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis and scanning electron microscope were used to preliminarily inquire into the regenerative mechanism of vulcanized NR powder by DADS.The results showed that,better regenerative result could be achieved with 6~10 phr DADS at the 60 ℃ for 1 day and 5-minute shearing.DADS could break crosslink of NR vulcanizate,and might also rupture the main chains of molecules,resulting in lower crosslink density of NR vulcanizate.Furthermore,DADS could even partially dissolve NR vulcanizate.With the assistance of shear force,S—S bonds of DADS and multi sulfur bonds of NR vulcanizate could be cracked into free radicals containing sulfur,and the crosslink density decrease of NR vulcanizate could be achieved through combination of the two kinds of radicals.
