| 介绍Moldflow软件在硅橡胶绝缘子加工中的应用。首先对硅橡胶材料的流变数据进行拟合并得到粘度模型，将模型参数写入Moldflow MPI 6.1软件自定义材料数据库中，对硅橡胶绝缘子进行注射流动分析，并根据压力分布和锁模力选择最佳浇口位置。利用Moldflow MPI 6.1软件可以及时地改进注塑工艺方案和模具设计方案，有效地提高模具的设计效率和质量，提高生产效率。 |

| The application of Moldflow software in the silicone rubber insulator processing was introduced.The viscosity model of silicone rubber material was obtained through numerical fitting of the rheological data.Parameters of the model were added in the personal database of Moldflow MPI 6.1 software to analyze the filling flow of silicone rubber insulator during injection，and then the optimal gate location was chosen according to the stress distribution and clamp force.The scheme of injection process and mold design could be promptly improved，mold design efficiency and quality were effectively improved，and production efficiency was increased by use of Moldflow MPI 6.1 software. |
