运用线性单自由度振动系统推导出车辆通过路面凹穴的轮胎动态接触力,将车辆沿不平路面运动的约束方程变换成无耦合一阶微分方程,得到车辆通过凹穴引起的接触力与车辆速度和凹穴尺寸的关系。采用Abaqus软件建立轮胎在凹穴路面上滚动的三维有限元模型,并用显式有限元程序模拟轮胎在凹穴路面上滚动的动态过程,对滚动过程中轮胎的受力变形进行瞬态动力分析。结果表明,车辆行驶速度和凹穴尺寸对轮胎动态响应起决定作用。 |

The dynamic contact force of TBR tire during passing the road with pothole obstacle was derived by using linear oscillator with single degree of freedom,the equations governing vibration of a vehicle moving along an uneven surface were transformed to uncoupled first order differential equations,and the solutions obtained were combined to give dependencies of the contact forces arised from passing the pothole obstacle on the vehicle speed and pothole dimensions.A 3D model for tire rolling on the road with pothole obstacle was established by Abaqus software,the tire rolling process was simulated by explicit finite element method,and the transient dynamic response of a rolling tire was analyzed.The results showed that the vehicle speed and pothole dimensions affected the transient dynamic response of a rolling tire significantly. |
