      试验研究不同种类的纳米粉末SBR对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)性能的影响。结果表明,纳米粉末SBR能提高SSBR混炼胶的门尼粘度,对硫化胶的拉伸强度、耐磨性、压缩疲劳温升和滚动阻力略有影响;与低苯乙烯质量分数的纳米粉末橡胶相比,高苯乙烯质量分数的纳米粉末SBR填充的硫化胶具有更好的耐热老化和抗湿滑性能。
英文摘要:
      The influence of different kinds of rubber nanoparticles on the properties of SSBR compound was investigated.The results showed that,the Mooney viscosity of the SSBR compound was increased by SBR nanoparticles,while the tensile strength,abrasion resistance,compression fatigue temperature rising and rolling resistance were slightly influenced.Compared to those of SBR nanoparticles with low mass fraction of styrene,the hot air aging resistance and wet traction of the vulcanizate filled by SBR nanoparticles with high mass fraction of styrene were better.
