      研究纳米氧化锌用量对纳米氧化锌/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)复合材料导热性能的影响。结果表明,随着纳米氧化锌用量的增大,纳米氧化锌/SSBR复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度先提高后趋于平稳,热导率逐渐增大,Payne效应逐渐增强,纳米氧化锌导热链逐步完善;热导率测定值与Nielsen模型计算的理论值相差不大。

      The influence of the addition level of nano-zinc oxide on the thermal conductivity of nano-zinc oxide/solution polymerized butadiene styrene rubber(SSBR) composite was investigated. The results showed that as the addition level of nano-zinc oxide increased,the tensile strength and tear strength increased first and then tended to be stabilized,thermal conductivity and Payne effect increased,the thermal conducting network of nano-zinc oxide gradually improved,and difference between the measured thermal conductivity and the theoretical value calculated by Nielsen model was not significant.
