      采用熔融共混法制备受阻酚AO-80/聚酯型热塑性聚氨酯(PES-TPU)复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,受阻酚AO-80/PES-TPU复合材料中,受阻酚AO-80呈无定形态,与PES-TPU基体的相容性良好;随着受阻酚AO-80用量的增大,受阻酚AO-80/PES-TPU复合材料的损耗因子峰值增大,损耗峰向高温方向移动,阻尼性能提高,但拉伸性能有所降低。

      A hindered phenol AO-80/polyester-based polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer(PES-TPU) composite was prepared by melt blending,and its properties were investigated.The results showed that the hindered phenol AO-80 showed amorphous state in the hindered phenol AO-80/PES-TPU composite,and the compatibility between hindered phenol AO-80 and PES-TPU was good;the peak value of tanδ of hindered phenol AO-80/PES-TPU composite increased,the peak position of tanδ moved to higher temperature zone,and the damping property of the composite was improved,but the tensile properties reduced as the addition level of hindered phenol AO-80 increased.
