研究增塑剂DOP用量对粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)/PVC共混型热塑性弹性体拉伸断面分形维数及物理性能的影响。结果表明,PNBR/PVC共混物的拉伸断面在一定的尺度范围内具有分形结构特征;随着增塑剂DOP用量的增大,拉伸断面的分形维数增大,共混物的拉伸强度和硬度减小、拉断伸长率增大、最大转矩和平衡转矩减小。拉伸断面的分形维数可在某种程度上反映材料的物理性能。 |

The effects of the addition level of plasticizer DOP on the fractal dimension of tensile profile and mechanical properties of PNBR/PVC blend were investigated.The results showed that the tensile profile of the PNBR/PVC blend was fractal structure in a certain range of scale;as the addition level of plasticizer DOP increased,the fractal dimension of tensile profile increased,the tensile strength and hardness of the blend decreased,the elongation at break increased,and the maximum torque and equilibrium torque decreased;the fractal dimension of tensile profile could reflect the mechanical properties of PNBR/PVC blend at a certain level. |
