从滚动阻力产生机理出发,采用热力学半耦合方法,建立一套完整的轮胎变形-能耗-传热分析系统和计算程序,并采用该系统对10.00R20 0°带束层全钢载重子午线轮胎的滚动阻力进行建模分析和试验对比。仿真结果与试验数据比较表明,在轮胎实际运行条件范围内分析结果是可靠的。 |

Based on the essential mechanism of tire rolling resistance,a complete tire deformation-energy loss-thermal analysis framework was developed by using semi-coupling thermo-mechanical method.This system was used to simulate the rolling resistance of 10.00R20 TBR tire with 0° steel belt.Comparisons between modeling results and test data indicated that modeling results were reliable under real tire operating conditions. |
