试验研究氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝及其复合物对脱酮肟型单组分室温硫化(RTV-1)硅橡胶物理性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,随着氢氧化镁用量的增大,RTV-1硅橡胶的硬度、拉伸强度和氧指数逐渐增大,拉断伸长率逐渐减小,氢氧化镁用量为50份时RTV-1硅橡胶具有阻燃性;氢氧化铝填充RTV-1硅橡胶的硬度、拉伸强度和氧指数均高于相同用量氢氧化镁填充胶,氢氧化铝用量为40份时RTV-1硅橡胶具有阻燃性;氢氧化镁/氢氧化铝并用量为30份时RTV-1硅橡胶具有阻燃性,氢氧化镁/氢氧化铝质量比为1∶4时其阻燃效果最佳。 |

The influence of magnesium hydroxide[Mg(OH)2],aluminium hydroxide[Al(OH)3] and their blend on physical properties and flame retardance of monocomponent RTV silicone rubber(RTV-1) was experimentally investigated.The results showed that the hardness,tensile strength and oxygen index(OI) of RTV-1 increased as the addition level of Mg(OH)2 increased,but the elongation at break decreased,and RTV-1 became flame-retarded when 50 phr Mg(OH)2 was used;the hardness,tensile strength and OI of RTV-1 filled by Al(OH)3 were higher than those filled by Mg(OH)2 in the same content,respectively,and RTV-1 was flame-retarded when 40 phr Al(OH)3 was added;when the addition level of Mg(OH)2/Al(OH)3 was 30 phr,RTV-1 became flame-retarded,and the optimum mass ratio of Mg(OH)2/Al(OH)3 was 1∶4. |
