用热重分析法研究苯乙烯-二烯烃-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SIS,SBS和SI/BS)的热降解动力学及热寿命。结果表明,SIS,SBS和SI/BS在氮气气氛下的起始热降解温度分别为499.8,630.2和582.9 K,SBS的热稳定性高于SIS和SI/BS;SIS的热降解属扩散过程控制机理,SBS和SI/BS属随机成核和随后生长过程控制机理,SIS,SBS和SI/BS的热降解反应活化能分别为196.8,298.3和349.9 kJ·mol-1;SIS,SI/BS和SBS的热寿命依次延长。 |

The thermal lifetime and degradation kinetics of styrene-diene-styrene triblock copolymers(SIS,SBS and SI/BS) were investigated by thermogravimetry.The results showed that the initial thermal degradation temperatures of SIS,SBS and SI/BS at nitrogen atmosphere were 499.8,630.2 and 582.9 K respectively indicating that the thermal stability of SBS was better than those of SIS and SI/BS;the diffusion process was predominant during the thermal degradation of SIS,the random nucleation and then growth process was predominant during the thermal degradations of SBS and SI/BS,and the activation energies of thermal degradations for SIS,SBS and SI/BS were 196.8,298.3 and 349.9 kJ·mol-1 respectively;and the order of thermal lifetimes was SIS>SI/BS>SBS. |
