      介绍橡胶密炼生产线生产过程多层计算机监控系统的架构及软件实现。该系统由直接过程控制级，一、二级监控系统和网络通讯系统组成。直接过程控制级面向生产过程，一级监控系统面向运行人员，二级监控系统面向管理人员。该系统具有良好的可扩展性，可作为流程工业过程计算机集成制造系统的一个子系统。
英文摘要:
      The hardware and software of multi-PC monitor system for rubber mixing line are introduced.The multi-PC monitor system consists of direct process control system for production process，local monitor system for operator，remote monitor system for manager and communication network.This system possesses good expandability，so it can be used as a sub-system of CIMS(Computer Integrated Manufacture System).
