| A 3D mathematical model of longintudinal tread patterns has been established.A 3D design of real tire is made with AutoCAD2000 to confirm the validity of the model.Any longintudinal zigzag tread patterns can be designed using the model to shorten the design cycle，improve the design efficiency and increase the automation in mold process. |
