采用MARC非线性有限元软件,根据9.00-20轮胎的实际结构,通过对轮胎的材料非线性和几何非线性以及帘线 橡胶复合材料各向异性的综合考虑,建立了三维有限元分析模型,并对轮胎自由充气时各部位的应力进行了分析,讨论了胎冠帘线角βK对充气断面宽B′和充气外直径D′的影响,得出了在轮胎设计中具有重要意义的B′和D′取值。该方法的分析值与实测结果基本吻合。 |

By means of MARC software,a 3D FEA model of tire was built up based on the actural structure of 9.00-20 cross-ply tire and taking the material nonlinearity,the geometric nonlinearity and the anisotropy of cord /rubber composite into account.The stress distribution at the different parts of tire during inflation was analysed ,and the effect of the cord angle at crown βK on the inflated cross-sectional width B′ and the inflated overall diameter D′was discussed.The B′and D′values calculated by the model agreed well with the measured results. |
