| 研究了纳米氧化锌的结构形态及其在BR中的加工性能、硫化特性和分散性。与普通氧化锌相比,纳米氧化锌胶料的门尼粘度值下降,焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短;开炼机混炼时纳米氧化锌吃粉容易,但有粘辊倾向,纳米氧化锌用量减半时其硫化特性与普通氧化锌相当。 |

| The structure morphology of nano-ZnO and its processibility,curing characteristics and dispersity in BR compound were investigated.The results showed that the nano-ZnO compound gave lower Mooney viscosity,shorter scorch time and optimum cure time when compared to the conventional ZnO compound;the nano-ZnO was easily incorporated and subject to sticking-to-mill roll during mixing on mill;and the half of nano-ZnO gave the same curing characteristics as conventional ZnO. |
