中文摘要:
      进行了通过并用耐热材料提高NBR耐热性能的研究。结果表明,氟橡胶、甲基丙烯酸镁、聚丙烯腈碳纤维和聚丙烯酸酯4种材料相比,并用5份甲基丙烯酸镁的NBR胶料的综合性能较好。以此并用胶试制的密封圈经实际应用证明密封性能良好。
英文摘要:
      The application of heat resistant materials,such as fluororubber,magnesium methacrylate,polyacrylonitrile carbon fibre and polyacrylate for improving the heat resistance of NBR was investigated.The results showed that the better comprehensive properties of NBR compound were obtained by using 5 phr of magnesium methacrylate.The tightness of the seal made of test compound was confirmed in practical service.
