      探讨了硫化剂、补强剂和耐热添加剂对甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)硫化胶耐热性能的影响。结果得出,采用4~5份过氧化物DCP作主硫化剂、2份过氧化物DBPMH作助硫化剂、40份沉淀法白炭黑作补强剂、11~15份氢氧化铁作耐热添加剂,可使MVQ硫化胶的耐热温度达到300 ℃。
英文摘要:
      The influence of curatives,reinforcing fillers and anti-heat agent on the heat resistance of MVQ vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that MVQ vulcanizate could be used at the elevated temperature up to 300 ℃ by using 4~5 Phr of DCP as main curing agent,2 Phr of DBPMH as secondary curing agent,40 Phr of silica as filler,and 11~15 Phr of iron hydroxide as anti-heat agent.
