      采用同步硫化技术制备了蜂窝结构平面复合硅橡胶泡沫材料。对材料进行了SEM照片分析,并测试了材料的拉伸和压缩应力-应变曲线。结果表明:蜂窝结构硅橡胶泡沫材料内部为大小不等但相互连通的开孔网络结构,泡沫与硅橡胶之间无明显界面;拉伸性能比开孔硅橡胶泡沫材料高得多;压缩性能与开孔硅橡胶泡沫相近。
英文摘要:
      The silicone rubber/silicone rubber foam honeycomb laminates were prepared by using synchronic curing technique.The cross-section of laminates was analysed by SEM and their tensile and compression stress/strain curves were obtained by test.The results showed that the honeycomb laminates had an interlinking open cell structure without remarkable interface between silicone rubber and silicone rubber foam;the tensile strength of the laminates was much higher than that of the conventional open cell silicone rubber foam;and the compression property of the former was similar to that of the latter.
