选用EPDM作橡胶介质,重点测试了发泡剂H在EPDM胶料中的分解温度、发气量及分解速度等参数。试验结果表明,有机发泡剂(AC,H和OBSH)在EPDM胶料中的分解温度低于它们在空气中的分解温度,而无机发泡剂(碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢铵)则刚好相反;不同牌号的EPDM胶料对发泡剂H的热分解影响并不显著;发泡剂H的热分解主要受氧化锌和硬脂酸等配合剂的影响,分解温度降低至134℃;在较高温度下发泡剂H的起始分解时间提前且发气量增大。 |

The decomposition temperature(Td),gas evolution and decomposition rate of blowing agents,especial blowing agent H(dinit roso pentamethylene-tet ramine)in EPDM compounds were investigated.The results showed that in cont rast with those of the inorg anic blowing agent s(sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate),the decomposition temperatures of organic blowing agents(AC,H and OBSH)in EPDM compound were lower than those in atmosphere;different brands of EPDM didnt show remarkable effect on the thermal decomposition of blowing agent H;the decomposition temperature of blowing agent H decreased to 134℃ in the presence of zinc oxide and stearic acid;and the decomposition of blowing agent H started earlier and the gas evolution increased at elevated temperature. |
