| 介绍了桑塔纳轿车液压复合器刹车系统油缸(包括主缸和工作缸)波纹状防尘罩(简称防尘罩)的研制。防尘罩的胶料配方确定为:EPDM(丙烯质量分数为0.40～0.50) 100；氧化锌 5.0；硬脂酸 0.5；防老剂A 1.0；防老剂D 0.5；炭黑N754 65；石蜡油 8.0；增塑剂DOP 4.0；过氧化物DCP+促进剂CZ+促进剂TETD+硫黄 3.7。硫化胶性能达到上海大众汽车有限公司指标要求。产品的一段硫化在平板硫化机上进行，硫化条件为178 ℃×8 min；二段硫化在热空气老化箱中进行，硫化条件为150 ℃×2 h。该防尘罩已批量生产。 |

| A wavy cylinder dust cap for hydraulic brake system in Santana has been developed.The formula of cap is as follows：EPDM(propylene content 40%～50%) 100；zinc oxide 5.0；stearate 0.5；antioxidant A 1.0；antioxidant D 0.5；black N754 65；petroleum wax 8.0；plasticizer DOP 4.0；DCP +CZ+TETD +sulfur 3.7.The first step vulcanization of the product is carried out on a curing press at the temperature of 178 ℃ for 8 min；and the second step vulcanization is carried out in a hot air oven at the temperature of 150 ℃ for 2 h. |
